How to Quit Tobacco??

Now a day its very much popular to take tobacco products. According to WHO ( WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION)
  • Tobacco kills up to half of its users.
  • Tobacco kills more than 8 million people each year. More than 7 million of those deaths are the result of direct tobacco use while around 1.2 million are the result of non-smokers being exposed to second-hand smoke.
  • Over 80% of the world's 1.3 billion tobacco users live in low- and middle-income countries.  
  • Why people are not leaving their bad habit of taking tobacco, after knowing that it has killed 50% of those people who consume it, and how to leave this bad habit, is a very critical question to the health organisation.
  • To Quit a tobacco product, you get first clear to yourself that tobacco is not an addiction, its a habit. A habit which you knowingly or unknowingly started and you can quit on your own. 
  •  I have told that our subconscious mind makes us as we tell our self during a long time duration, the habit of tobacco catches you in the same way. Try to remember, when you were a little kid, does you need any tobacco in your daily life? Just close your eyes for a while and think about it. You will easily find that its only you, who given the permission to consume tobacco to your mind. So if you can give the permission to your mind,then you can also give the permission to leave it.
It's so simple you can see.
  •  Ask your self, when you started to consume tobacco and why you consume it?
 I think you have consumed it because of some obstruction in your life's path. It's my be your job,my be your loved one, may be your loneliness or anything else problem.
  • Then ask your self, does the problem have solved after taking tobacco?
 You will find that it haven't solve, there is no connection between a tobacco and your problem. Because of you think that your problem will solve, you eat or drink tobacco products. Its purely a psychological effect, which your subconscious mind has created, that if you consume it, your problem will be solve. I have told in my previous blogs that whenever you tells yourself again and again about a topic (that tobacco will solve my problem), your subconscious mind creates a same atmosphere around you, and you can't decide the right and wrong.
  • So you can see, it's not your addiction neither your habit, its only you, only you can make a bad habit or you can leave a bad habit. It can be in the form of a tobacco or anything else. If you tells yourself again and again to take tobacco , then you can also tell yourself again and again to leave tobacco and go for a good habit.
  • Therefore next time when ever you hold a bottle of liquor, or trying to light up a cigarette, or holding raw tobacco( guthka) in your hand, ask yourself Will it solve the problem for what I am having it?If not then it's purely your choice to live or die, As you have already seen the statistics of WHO.
