  • What do you think while you eat your breakfast, Lunch and Dinner?
  • What do you think while you are in the bed, trying to fall asleep?
  •  while you listen to music or any Lecture?  or drive a Bike, Cycle or Car?

If you haven't noticed yet , then its time to pay attention.

Most of the time when a person is doing some work, he/she shift's attention to some other work. It may be thinking about the past or the future. 
And most of them believe that this is a common phenomena. They believe that they don't have the power to control their mind and their thought. They also think that, It's OK to shift attention in some other idea. Some of them also believe that, diversifying the consciousness in more than one thing at the same time is a sign of being a genius because they are utilizing the time.

But Have you ever Noticed this important aspects!!!

#  Can you change your Future or your Past by thinking about it? Ask Your self.
# Aren't you just wasting your Health and Time by thinking about such a thing which you have no control .
# Instead of thinking for the past or the future will it not be better to think about the work, that you are doing right now. As an Example, Right now you are reading my article, instead of thinking about the upcoming TV show or the game isn't it will be more profitable to focus your attention about the inner meaning of the article.

Yes, This is the real Meditation. Meditation is nothing but to pay attention in your real time work. If you are brushing, brush your teeth very well , it is futile to think about your job tension while brushing. Same, while you are eating don't just gobble , there are many scientific benefits behind eating food by paying attention. Many accidents globally occurs because people use mobile while doing other work. And many accidents also happen as people pay their attention to somewhere else while driving.

 An example which you can perform in your own, Hold your right hand thumb in-front your eyes and try to focus. You can observe it's easy. Now hold your both hand's thumb in-front of your eyes in the same time and try to focus in both of them. You can understand what is the problem. The half amount of focus you can give to each hand.


Same is our mind also, It can not focus fully in more than on thing at a time.

 It's the time to change your bad habits, practice focusing in every work. Gradually you will discover, unknowingly success are coming in your path.
