Every person wants to be the center of attraction in every circumstance. A person wish that he should master his community, everybody should follow him and obey his thoughts and words all the time. In one word a person always want a dominating power over his community. Each person wants to construct an empire or kingdom. The empire may be as huge as a nation or limited to his home or work place. He always try to dominate others.
But, What is the actual meaning of mastery and creating an empire ? What is the perfect way that everyone will follow your order? Have you ever tried to understand it?
In actual, Mastery means the maximum numbers of people you can control. It means, the more numbers of people become slave to you and you can control those people's lives, their behavior, their thinking, working etc. As the number increases the more power you feel day by day. That means mastery is nothing but, to impact an effect in someones else life.
But, When a person frames his mastery in others life forcefully and rigidly, then he creates an opposite emotion of enmity, oppose, conflict and dispute in others person mind. In long run when these emotions crosses their limits, a reactive environment born which destroy the empire.
Instead of that when a person creates his empire by love, compassion, mercy, tenderness and faith, he doesn't need to show any force but everyone adapt him as their master and follow him till the times end.
A True Master Always stand Beside His Followers and Walk on the Same Path to Understand Them, Doesn't stand on the Top of the Stage.
