 Meditation is a great way to close the chapter of our daily busy life for a while and look into our-self a bit closer. Meditation help's us to look at those things which always stay's in-front, those glimpse of happiness, but unknowingly we ignore them and try to find happiness in other things. It helps us to restore our energy after a tiring day. The daily rush against the clock provides the illusion that, the more we do, and the more we accomplish is what drive our success. This is a wrong believe. As we fill up every moment, we leave no space to find out what's going on in our minds and bodies. No opportunity for clarity and insight, no room for recovery, rest and healing and for creativity to new ideas to be born. So there is tremendous value that you spend in meditating and non doing. In one word meditation has endless possibilities to explore.

To Start Meditating ,

Seat in a comfortable place , where you can settle in a relaxed posture and gently close your eyes.

Hold your back straight, high like a mountain.

Relax the tightness of your forehead, jaws and lips, bring a mild smile into your lips.

Now, steadily move your attention towards your breathe. Slowly Inhale and follow it to its end to the expansion of your abdomen. And gently exhale and follow it to its end in the exit point of nostrils.

Feel any heat or coolness in your breathe for a while. 

During this, if your attention get diversify, do not get worry. Gently bring the attention again to your breathe. Forget all the outer world, your friends, your work, colleague, the time everything, and concentrate in you.

Now follow your breathe in your body. Calmly follow the breathe in each and every body part and try to feel each and every sensation, don't try to solve those sensations, just feel them. Explore sensations around your chest, abdomen, back of your body, hands, fingers, hips, thighs, legs. Take enough time to observe each part.

Now gently bring your attention around you, feel the atmosphere, its cool or hot or sweaty. Hear every sound of the nature surrounding you. Smell the fragrance that's coming around you.

Now open your eyes softly. Welcome your new day with a gentle smile and enjoy those small happy moments which you miss in your daily rush.
