All it will take just 10 minutes each day. This 10 minutes will restart you, your full body and mind.
You all have cell phones. Whenever it hang or lag a bit, a small restart solve all the problems. Our body and mind is not different from a cell phone. It is also a machine, that needs restart, to bring back to its smooth position.
All you have to do in this 10 minute is 'Meditation'. Now, everyone gets into terror in their mind by listening the word meditation. They think about the image of a saint, with his legs crossed, sitting under a huge banyan tree during many years. No, Meditation is not that much tough, you don't have to seat under a banyan tree. Meditation is just a state where your mind follows only your instruction. Our mind is a powerful tool, if you cannot control the leading rope, it will run everywhere like a mad bull.
To bring that bull in a stable state one have to practice meditation. At first it will not be easy, because the bull is without a leader from a long time. But practice makes everything perfect. Its your mind, no one but only you can control it.
Meditation have so much benefit's in its own. It improves your concentration power, improves your daily life as well as daily life relationships, Improves your focus to get greater height in work, solve sleeplessness/ insomnia ,improves health, it also helps a person to take a right decision with stable mind and much more endless possibilities.
